“What can you possibly film in 30 minutes?”
Indeed, for some types of photo sessions (such as weddings, store/restaurant content, or phototherapy), 30 minutes is not enough. But to take a few cool shots in 1-2 locations, this is quite enough (link to the list of possible locations is at the end of the article).
I take photographs in a variety of ways, you get not only portrait photographs, but also full-length, detailed ones, standing, sitting, in motion.
I take photos quickly, and after 30 minutes of shooting I get about 200-300 good original photos, from which 20 are selected for processing.
Who selects the photos? I ask this question after each shoot. If you don’t want to do the selection, I will do it for you. In this case, you will receive the finished shots within 2 days after the shoot. If you select the photos, within 2 days after you have made your choice.
“Will it suit me?”
In my shoots, I like to mix staged photography and lifestyle. This means that we will both freeze in specific poses and move a lot.
If my approach to shooting, my processing and my vision of the frame are not close to you, this is not for you. Also, I do not take 30-minute shoots in the studio (part of these 30 minutes will be spent on getting used to a new place (if you have never been to a studio), setting up the light and changing clothes, there will be little time left for shooting).
If you are ready to spend 30 minutes with me, and then look at yourself, the city and your feelings from a new perspective, I will be glad to see you.
We can do express shooting:
- individual (one person)
- pair (friends, girlfriends, couples)
- family (up to 4 people)
- with a pet (if you don’t have one, but you really want such a shooting — we can always find dogs on the streets :))
“How do I prepare for a photo shoot?”
For walk-up shoots, I don’t ask you to do complicated makeup or look for fancy clothes, but I have a thing: I love it when everything is harmoniously combined in color and texture. This applies to clothes, location, your appearance features.
If you have a problem with choosing clothes for the shoot, you can send me a few photos of the clothes and accessories that you have, and I will help you, and perhaps even offer something from my wardrobe.
As for makeup: if you are comfortable without it, you can do without it. If you are a makeup artist or just know how to do cool makeup and want to be with it, do it!
Props are usually not required, so you don’t need to bother with them. Take a small bottle of water with you (after active shooting you often want to drink) and wet wipes to wipe your shoes before and during the shooting.
