My name is Katya and I am a photographer. I have been shooting since 2012 and I love intimate weddings and weddings “for two”.
I always approach wedding photography very carefully, as it is important for me to take into account your wishes and get a high-quality result — photographs from one of the most important days in your life, so that they will bring you joy for many, many years.
When preparing for a wedding photo shoot, there are many nuances to consider.
This is how the idea to create this guide was born. I will be glad to share with you the experience accumulated over many weddings (including in Batumi).

- up to 300 photos in processing + their duplicates in black and white;
- all successful source files (jpeg) — on the day of shooting;

Wedding photoshoot. Full day
- guide to organizing a wedding in Batumi;

- registration + photo walk + banquet (up to 10 hours of shooting in total, including movements between locations);
- services of 2 witnesses at the wedding (only Batumi);
- up to 700 photos in processing + their duplicates in black and white;
- all successful source files (jpeg) — on the day of shooting;
- several short videos for reels (without editing);
- pre-wedding express photo session love story — as a gift**;
- a mini-film about your wedding in the format of a report for 5-7 minutes (upon request) — as a gift***.

Pre-wedding consultation
After booking the wedding date, I suggest holding a pre-wedding consultation. This is a meeting (in person or online) that is necessary for us to get to know each other better, discuss the main points regarding your wedding and conclude an agreement for the wedding photo shoot.
Please bring your passport (domestic or international) with you, as your passport details are required to conclude the contract. It is desirable that both the fiance and the bride be present at the consultation.
If you are unable to attend a face-to-face consultation, it is conducted online (call in any messenger convenient for you). In this case, the physical contract is signed on the day of the pre-wedding love story or the wedding itself.
I will send you an electronic version of the contract for review at the stage of booking the date for the wedding photo shoot.
What questions do I ask you during a pre-wedding consultation:
- What is your name?
- Have you looked at my portfolio?
- What is your couple’s personality (are you more calm or active)?
- What are your wishes for the photographs? What are the must-have shots you would like to get?
- What locations would you definitely want to visit during your wedding photo shoot?
- Is there a dress code for the wedding, wedding colors?
- How many guests will be at your wedding?
- How do you envision your wedding day (timing)?
- What time is the ceremony held?
- Are there any witnesses? Will my services be needed as a witness?
- Will there be a rehearsal of the wedding look?
- When would be convenient for you to hold a pre-wedding love story?
- Will my help be needed during the bride’s preparations?
- Who will have the rings on their wedding day?
- Who and when picks up the bouquet from the florist?
Use this list for preparation. Believe me, this is a very important point, on which the final result of our cooperation depends.
